Rick Ross is “Moving Bass” from Harlem to Brooklyn in the new video for his Hood Billionaire cut. Jay Z doesn’t join Roszay in the video, which intersperses shots of a cold, slushy New York City (seriously, can spring get here already?) with shots of Ross and his Maybach Music Group comrades drinking champagne and keeping warm under luxurious furs. French Montana, Meek Mill, Wale, and Stalley all make appearances, and Jigga is there in spirit when the video gets to the Barclays Center. Check it out above.
