Rammstein capped off their nine-date tour of the U.S. Thursday night with a performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, where the German metal terrorists unleashed an explosive performance of their hit “Du Hast” – it was easily one of the most entertaining late night TV spots of the year. Watch it here.

Rammstein have earned a rep for eye-popping pyrotechnics and they didn’t skimp on the fireworks for Kimmel: singer Till Lindemann, wearing some sort of odd illuminated mouthpiece, swung around a fiery cross bow while dozens of fireworks get launched into the crowd mid-way through the song. Sadly, Rammstein didn’t show off any of their foam-shooting phalluses, but Lindemann did reprise the act of igniting an audience member with flamethrower. Scary!
