Radiohead Returns to Studio

Amidst windy conditions, brainy British rockers resume work on new album.

Braving hurricane force winds that battered England today, Radiohead returned to their studio to resume recording efforts following a month-long holiday break, a website post confirmed. Dead Air Space, a section of the band's website that often features album updates and frontman Thom Yorke's political ramblings, revealed Radiohead were laboring "on a version of 15step," a possible track from Radiohead's next album, tentatively dropping later this year. In addition, Yorke -- an outspoken opponent of nuclear proliferation -- invited fans to sign a petition, which aims to force the U.K.'s prime minister to champion nuclear non-proliferation over arms build-up.

Talk: Isn't it about time for Radiohead to revive the ass-kicking rock of The Bends? COMMENT
