Oh, Radiohead. As expected, yesterday's landmark announcement, which detailed the rockers' forthcoming LP In Rainbows, available as a download Oct. 10 for the price of, um, whatever you choose, has attracted fans to radiohead.com to place preorders of the record. Well, apparently the brainy fivesome underestimated the gravity of their newfound and innovative marketing scheme, and a few more Radiohead-heads than projected showed up and subsequently jammed the site. "It's getting busy in there -- busier than they expected," guitarist Jonny Greenwood wrote to the band's website. "So, if you please bear with us, it should get cleared out soon," he continued. "I sound like a bouncer. Get behind the rope. No denim. Thanks for your patience with the site + interest in the record."

Pipettes Announce Reschedule North American Dates

Though the Brit songbirds announced the postponement of the bulk of their North American tour just yesterday, the Pipettes have already conquered this "delay in visa paperwork," now surfacing with freshly rescheduled dates in hand. The 17-date outing, now set to roll out Oct. 25 in Los Angeles, will hit East Coast cities such as Toronto, New York, and Boston -- originally slated to preface the Pipettes' West Coast tour leg -- following gigs in cities like San Francisco, Portland, and Seattle.

Shout Out Out Out Out Map October Tour

Canadian dance rockers Shout Out Out Out Out (whew!) have unveiled a string of shows throughout the eastern seaboard, set to fit snuggly around the band's Oct. 18 CMJ gig. Kicking off with a show in Chicago, Shout Out Out Out Out will then swing into Washington, DC, Baltimore, and Princeton before heading back north for a strictly Canuck affair; a string of seven shows stopping into cities like Montreal, London, and Toronto.
