Radiohead Announce TV Performance in July

Radiohead have not announced any plans to tour behind their new album The King of Limbs, but the band is planning to give fans the next best thing. The group is set perform the album in its entirety, and the 55-minute concert film will be distributed by the BBC. According to a press release from the network, the episode will be available for worldwide broadcast starting on July 1. As an added bonus, the show will also feature behind-the-scenes footage of the group.

The broadcast is part of the From the Basement series helmed by Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich, which has captured intimate performances of the Raconteurs, Sonic Youth, My Morning Jacket, the Shins, and others. Radiohead previously shot an episode of the show back in 2008, when the group released In Rainbows. Check out that performance below.
