PJ Harvey Is Selling Lyric Sheets From ‘Recording in Progress’ Sessions

PJ Harvey

When news broke of PJ Harvey‘s public recording sessions at London’s Somerset House, United Kingdom residents must have been all like, “Yippee!” Meanwhile, those of us in the States were all like, “OK, but how do we get there?” Well, fret no more, FOMO-feeling Americans, because Polly Jean is now selling replicas of lyric sheets used in the making of her forthcoming LP. Songs include “Sight Seeing South of the River,” “Medicinals,” “The Children,” “The Ministry of Social Affaires,” “The Revolving Wheel,” “Imagine This,” “River Anacostia,” and “UNHCR.”

In addition to the lyric sheets, Somerset House is also (silent) auctioning off the first ten prints of a portrait of Harvey shot by photographer-filmmaker Seamus Murphy. According to them, “Each winning bidder will receive a numbered and personalised print signed by PJ Harvey and Seamus Murphy, as well as a Certificate of Authenticity.” Not a bad consolation prize for missing Recording in Progress.
