Paramore Announces Headlining Tour

paramore-a-crick.jpg

It doesn’t get much bigger than spending the summer opening for No Doubt, so Paramore is scaling things down for a headlining jaunt this fall, playing clubs and theaters across the country.

The 18-date tour kicks off in Pomona, CA, on Sept. 29 — the same day the band’s third album, brand new eyes, comes out — and wraps Nov. 1 at Nashville’s famed Ryman Auditorium, which is 20 minutes from their hometown of Franklin, TN.Fanclub presale tickets for all dates go on sale Monday. If you can’t make any of the shows, don’t fret — we’re sure frontwoman Hayley Williams will keep you up-to-date via her lively Twitter. See the full list of tour dates below.

In other Paramore news, MTV will premiere the video for “Ignorance,” the first single from brand new eyes, tomorrow, but they’ve posted a sneak peek of the clip today. The band’s five members seem stuffed into some sort of closet, illuminated solely by a hanging lightbulb — and, of course, Williams’ fiery red hair.

Peep the video here, and check out SPIN.com’s six-song preview of brand new eyes right here.
