Outside Lands has proven a unique entry into the festival circuit in many ways, with chilly, misty temperatures not least among them. But Devendra Banhart was determined to bring as much summertime flair to his Saturday set as humanly possible, employing one of SPIN’s favorite festival fixtures, the Ice Cream Man, to feed the fans with handfuls of creamy (albeit weather inappropriate) treats.
