Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher may claim to have been touched by the ghost of John Lennon, but it appears his brother Noel, unfortunately, has a little more in common with the slain Beatle. "There was an incident when some fucking lunatic turned up at the studio saying he'd written all the songs that we hadn't yet recorded," Noel Gallagher told The Belfast Telegraph [via NME.com] of the episode at Abbey Road Studios, where Oasis recorded their new album Dig Out Your Soul. "The police had to be called -- he threatened to kill us, although not Liam, funnily enough."

Oasis, which recently canceled a slew of gigs after Noel was attacked by a fan in Toronto, will return to North America for a handful of gigs this winter. Check out the complete itinerary here.
