Second solo LP out January 22 via Innovative Leisure

Los Angeles producer Nosaj Thing takes a break from handing out beats to Kendrick Lamar and Kid Cudi next week when he releases his second solo album Home, the follow-up to 2009's Drift. Earlier this month we heard Home's "Eclipse/Blue," featuring Blonde Redhead's Kazu Makino, and today brings the album's other big collaboration, "Try" with Toro Y Moi.

For two minutes, "Try" floats along breathlessly like those old Boards of Canada songs we miss so much, then Toro's Chaz Budnick arrives with his choppy harmonies before the groove locks into the place for the song's closing mantra "I know I did you wrong." Hear it below.

Home is out January 22 on Innovative Leisure.
