Nicole Richie and DJ AM are rumored to have broken up for the second time. The couple, who ended their nine-month engagement in December, reconciled for a short time before throwing in the towel again. The Daily News reports that DJ AM -- real name Adam Goldberg -- was recently spotted out partying and seeking solace in the company of actress Kelly Carlson of Nip/Tuck. As for Ritchie, she continues to work on her debut album, which will include the track "Dandelion," a cover of the song by boy band LFO (Listen: MP3 sample | Download).
