Less than 24 hours after Michael Jackson's death, Diddy, Chris Brown, the Game, and Boyz II Men have already collaborated on and released a tribute song to the King of Pop called "Better On the Other Side."
The track -- which also features Mario Winans -- is a celebration of Jackson's influence on pop and R&B music.
"People can say what they want about you," Diddy raps in the song. "We gonna remember the miracles you showed us / Through your music, through your dance, through your philanthropy / You gave us the beat, you gave us the rhythm, you gave us the soul / Through us, your legacy lives on."

I'm actually glad that Diddy collaborated with Chris Brown since he's not getting any play...and he is a TRUE Mike fan, he is one of the only artists to ever perform any MJ song correctly...I love you Mike and my prayers are with the children and family.

wow...really? michael jackson dies, and they write this garbage in honor of 40 years of music? not that it's entirely related, but didn't "diddy" pull the same crap when big died...i specifically remember sting willingly destroying an amazing police song at the vma's. here's an idea guys, why don't you let people with actual song writing talent make the dedications, cos i'll tell you, this is more of an insult than anything. thanks!

My thoughts and prayers are with The Jackson Family and Michaels Children. But why does it have to take something like this to happen so people can say how special and import Michael Jackson was to them. Where were they when Michael needed friends to be there for him instead he left the country for 3 yrs after his acquittal. No artist asked him to collabrate with them, now that he is gone everyone wants to be there. There will no ever be another artist, entertainer like Michael Jackson. I hope every entertainer thanks him for the barriers he barrier he broke through. He will always be a super star. Heaven has new and special star. And anonymous who wrote that chrisbrown ruined the song that diddy and chris brown are doing for Michael Jackson grow up. Chris Brown is also a good entertainer, and we need to forget what happened between him and rihanna, do not do to CB what people did to mj and abandon him when he needs friends and people to help him through it and support him.

it's like...who can make a tribue the fastest? I also hate how the lyrics go back to the idea of "it doesn't matter what he did as a person, it's the music that counts in his legacy" I've always been a huge fan - and this has always bothered me. It's like there ashamed to like him for the man he was. When really he didn't do anything wrong, each to thier own opinon.
