Matisyahu, Youth (Epic)
Reggae’s reigning Hasid, Matisyahu (born Matthew Miller) releases his first studio album (the follow-up to 2005’s Live at Stubbs). Youth, like his last release, features the single, “King Without a Crown.”

Architects, Revenge (Anodyne)
Kansas City quartet Architects release their hard-rocking sophomore album, Revenge. The follow-up to 2004’s Keys to the Building features tracks like “Bury My Heart in Lebanon, MO” and “Body Armor” (read more).

Public Enemy, Rebirth of a Nation (Guerrilla Funk)
Sure, Flav has his side projects (Flavor of Love, The Surreal Life), but somehow Public Enemy manages to find the time to keep churning out new material. This week, they release the Paris-produced Rebirth of a Nation, which features MC Ren, Sister Souljah, and Dead Prez.

Neko Case, Fox Confessor Brings the Flood (Anti-)
Alt-country’s red-headed darling releases her first studio album since 2002’s Blacklisted. The New Pornographers collaborator releases Fox Confessor Brings the Flood this week, which features collaborations with members of the Sadies and Calexico (read more).
