Looks like it’s time for another one of those block rockin’ beats. Electronic lifers Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons, known at their day jobs as the Chemical Brothers, will release a double-disc best-of collection entitled Brotherhood Sept. 2 via Astralwerks.

The first disc will feature choice cuts from the duo’s thirteen-year career, plus a brand new track, “Keep My Composure,” featuring a rap from Spank Rock. The second disc will offer ten ultra-rare Electronic Battle Weapon tracks — named after “the laboratories for the Chems devious musical experiments,” explains a statement — marking the first time the tunes have been widely available. What’s more, is that the duo’s latest single, “Midnight Madness,” a track also derived from the Electronic Battle Weapon sessions, will also be included on disc two.
