How many bands does it takes to replace one British songbird? Answer: five.

A day after Amy Winehouse cancelled her Coachella Music and Arts Festival appearance, Devendra Banhart, the Chemical Brothers, English electronica group the Orb, Seattle punks Murder City Devils, and French house music savant Etienne de Crecy have all been added to the April 17-19 bill.

A slew of DJs have also joined the lineup: Flying Lotus, Public Enemy producers the Bomb Squad, Kode 9, and Daedulus amongst them.

And we're guessing there are more additions on the way. Maybe this mysterious countdown, which has inexplicably surfaced on the Horrors' website has something to do with it? (After all, they do share the same makeup artist as Sunday headliners the Cure.) Then again, maybe not. Stay tuned.
