Movement, Detroit's preeminent electronic music festival, has added 40 more performers to its already impressive lineup. Baauer, RiFF RaFF, Boys Noize, Just Blaze, Jamie xx, Ryan Hemsworth, Tourist, Claude VonStroke, Green Velvet, Tiga, Kevin Saunderson, and Bonobo are among the additions.
The festival's 14th iteration will take place over Memorial Day weekend (May 24 to 26) in Detroit's Hart Plaza, with over 100,000 fans expected. Richie Hawtin, Action Bronson, Pete Tong, and Metro Area were announced as part of the first wave of acts. "We're always excited to have guys like Richie Hawtin, Carl Cox and Claude VonStroke back," Jason Huvaere, president of Movement promoter Paxahau, told Billboard. "They always put on a great show. We're also looking forward to checking out first-time Movement performers, such as Boys Noize, Pete Tong, Jamie xx and Bonobo, just to name a few."
Movement tickets are on sale now.
