Everything is Alright for the Motion City Soundtrack: They’ve sold over 125,000 copies of their sophomore album Commit This To Memory, they kicked live ass over the summer on the Warped Tour with Fall Out Boy, they’ve been SPIN.com Band of the Month, and now they’re headlining a major tour. The band will kick off a six-week tour on February 16 in Milwaukee, WI. On the first half of their tour, OK Go, the Plain White Ts, and Spill Canvas will open, while the Format, the Matches, and Men, Women & Children will join the second leg. Tickets will go on sale for all shows starting Dec. 16. After their triumph at last year’s Warped Tour, MCS has already been confirmed as a headliner for this summer’s festivities.
