Morrissey's rapid roll-out of his 10th solo record, World Peace Is None of Your Business, continues today with the release of the song "Earth Is the Loneliest Place," slightly over 24 hours after he released the spoken-word version in a video that starred Pamela Anderson. The track features Gypsy-like guitar and organs with electronic clashes and bangs — a surprisingly cohesive mix that brings an urgency tempered by Morrissey's almost-deadpan laments. The electric guitar was a little more pronounced in the song's live debut, but hey, we're not complaining. Listen below via Spotify and get the new LP July 15 from Harvest Records.
