Monsters Are Waiting
Artist of the Day
Who? Echo Park, California's Monsters Are Waiting -- Annalee Fery (vocals/keys), Eric Gardner (drums), Jonathan Siebels (guitar/bass), and Andrew Clark (bass/guitar) -- are releasing their debut full-length album, Fascination, on Retone. The album's available via iTunes now, and in regular stores July 18.
What's the Deal? Fery's angelic, sultry vocals float over the hypnotic guitar licks and bass lines of Siebels and Clark (who alternate instruments), and Gardner's steady, subtle percussion. Fascination -- and, in particular, the track "Don't Go" -- is a mellow, ambient project that's sensual without being brash.
Fun Fact: "Time," from Monsters Are Waiting's debut, was featured in an April 2006 episode of the WB teen drama, One Tree Hill.

Hi everyone. Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'Press On' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.
I am from Djibouti and , too, and now am writing in English, please tell me right I wrote the following sentence: "The opposite communication ****s n't die sharper and are more possible after legislature."
:-( Thanks in advance. Pete.
