On Friday, August 28 and Saturday, August 29, San Diego's 25th annual Street Scene festival will play host to 45 amazing bands across five stages. In addition to the eclectic headliners-Black Eyed Peas, Modest Mouse, M.I.A, Thievery Corporation and the Dead Weather-other highlights will include charismatic freak-folk singer Devendra Banhart, mash-up party-starter Girl Talk, and unpredictable up-and-comers Wavves.
