On Friday, August 28 and Saturday, August 29, San Diego's 25th annual Street Scene festival will play host to 45 amazing bands across five stages. In addition to the eclectic headliners—Black Eyed Peas, Modest Mouse, M.I.A, Thievery Corporation and the Dead Weather—other highlights will include charismatic freak-folk singer Devendra Banhart, mash-up party-starter Girl Talk, and unpredictable up-and-comers Wavves.
