Migos leave behind their home base of Atlanta to explore Los Angeles in the just-released video for "Chinatown," a trap-savvy highlight from the SPIN profile subjects' star-making Young Rich Niggas mixtape. MCs Takeoff and Quavo lord over one L.A. district in particular for the clip: Yes, you guessed it, Chinatown. Directed by Gabriel Hart (a.k.a. the self-described VideoGod), the short finds the Best New Artist alums rolling through the neighborhood's neon-lit streets in a top-down convertible, feasting on Chinese food, and trolling a subway platform that's otherwise empty — except, of course, for an alluring woman twirling a parasol. Migos also pass by the iconic TCL Chinese Theatre, which actually isn't in Chinatown. But forget it, bro, it's Migos' Chinatown. Watch the video above and be sure to read SPIN's in-depth profile, Bando Brothers: Migos Makes Their Move.
