Disclosure’s Settle amply showcases the brotherly London dance-pop duo’s savviness for guest vocalists, but their new collaboration with Mary J. Blige brings a different energy. The R&B vocal master, who actually has a gospel award in her Grammy collection, helps connect the suave house of the album’s “F for You” to the fine tradition of dance tracks boasting gospel-powered singing from the likes of Loleatta Holloway or CeCe Penniston.
