It looks like musician, producer, and overall busiest man alive Mark Ronson may not be that busy after all, according to an interview with BBC Newsbeat. [Via]

Ronson, who produced Amy Winehouse's 2006 album Back to Black, has been repeatedly linked to the troubled singer's forthcoming follow-up -- but apparently she's been a little hard to contact to discuss the subject. "I haven't spoken to Amy in a few weeks, and I haven't heard anything that she's making a record or not."

Regardless, Ronson still hopes they can work together again in the future. "Hopefully when she has ten songs or she's ready to make a record she'll call me and we'll go and start how we did last time." As for rumors that Ronson will lend his hand to Elton John's next record, well, he's remaining mum for now. "I was really flattered that he asked [to work together], so hopefully we will be...I hate to talk about anything that premature, because, you know, it's not definite."
