Back in July, SPIN premiered Lucius' shiny soul-throwback "Hey Doreen," and now the Brooklyn indie-pop quintet is back with a second taste off their upcoming debut, Wildewoman. On "Tempest," the band takes away the bubblegum of the previous track and adds an edge led by the powerful harmonies of vocalists Jess Wolfe and Holly Laessig. Their voices interlock mesmerizingly in the strummy verses, but the chorus turns into a shout-along on the strength of the fellas' "gotta work it out!" response. Stream the song below and pick up Wildewoman on October 15 via Mom+Pop.
