The temps are dropping all over the U.S., but down in New Orleans the sun is still shining and the music still rockin'. This past weekend the tenth installment of the Voodoo Music Experience hit the Big Easy's City Park with a lengthy bill that featured R.E.M., Nine Inch Nails, Stone Temple Pilots, TV on the Radio, and the Mars Volta -- and SPIN.com was there!
