Linkin Park Hacked

A woman has been accused of hacking into a mobile phone company’s website in order to obtain Linkin Park lead singer Chester Bennington’s phone number and other personal information. Investigators say Devon Townsend, 27, of Albuquerque, NM, was able to get copies of Bennington’s bills and call logs, and even viewed photos he had taken with his phone’s camera.

Bennington’s wife was also targeted. Townsend allegedly hacked into Talinda Bennington’s email before calling and threatening her over the phone. Townsend refused her right to a preliminary trial and was released to her mother’s custody. Investigators said that during a search of Townsend’s home, they found Linkin Park memorabilia, a photo of Townsend with Bennington, and copies of the emails and online bills she had hacked.
