Lily, Arctic Monkey, Klaxon, Dizzee Forming Supergroup?

Culling musical talent is all the rage these days — just ask these two electro-fueled lovebirds. But this odd mish-mash of Brit sonics has even our musically seasoned, supergroup privy craniums awash in awe. According to U.K.’s Mirror, Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner, grime rhyme master Dizzee Rascal, boozy songstress Lily Allen, and Klaxons co-vocalist and keyboardist James Righton have teamed for a musical project. “It’s definitely happening,” Turner told the Mirror while backstage at Glastonbury Festival. “We’re recording an album. It will be out before you know it.”

And while the team seems bizarrely paired, it isn’t the first time a few of these musicians have worked together. Turner lent a hand in Dizzee’s album Maths & English, while Allen teamed with Dizzee for his hit single, “Wanna Be.”
