Britney Spears has kicked her zany ways and dropped a new album, and now English tabloid star Lily Allen is following suit. Allen, who's known as much for her wild lifestyle as her music, has cut down on the booze and late nights to produce a new album, It's Not Me, It's You, which arrives in the U.S. February 10.
