Lady Gaga’s 2013 plans have taken a truly unfortunate turn. After revealing earlier this week she would be canceling four upcoming shows of her Born This Way Ball tour, the ARTPOP performer has now announced the entire remainder of her U.S. tour is canceled. According to a post on her LittleMonsters.com site, doctors have diagnosed a tear of her right hip, and she’ll need surgery to get it fixed. We guess the silver lining is that someone else will get to enjoy the homemade guacamole from her tour rider, but surgery is serious business, and we hope Mother Monster gets her groove back soon.
