The Killers have recruited Tim Burton, the director behind goth flicks Beetlejuice and Edward Scissorhands, to make the music video for “Bones,” the second single from their forthcoming release, Sam’s Town (Oct. 2). The band reportedly approached Burton about filming the video, and the director shot it in Los Angeles last month. Now in post-production, the clip for “Bones” will, according to reports, be true to both the Killers and the director’s oeuvre, as it will nod to the band’s hometown of Las Vegas and feature Burton-esque animation, models, and skeletons.
