Kendrick Lamar and Dr. Dre preview a brand new song in a new promo spot for the latter's Pill and Pill XL speakers. Seen above, the Beats by Dre ad opens on the pair in the studio at "3, 4 in the morning" as the maestro points out. Compton's favorite good kid steps to the mic and delivers a very Eminem-like flow, dropping references to Pyrex, the trap, and dope over a powerful beat. But K-Dot isn't feeling the energy. The next time they come together, the two realize the problem simultaneously: "the drums." Apparently there wasn't enough skittering hi-hat and snare insanity to match the young rapper's themes. At the end we get a slightly longer listen to the snippet, which Miss Info identifies as a Detox cut. Watch your hairline.
