The College Dropout has now lectured at one of the world's most prestigious universities. Kanye West made an unannounced appearance at Harvard University's Graduate School of Design on Sunday (November 17). Virgil Abloh, creative director of Kanye's DONDA design company, said West's talk kicked off the "DONDA design lecture series."

West expressed his admiration for architecture. "I really do believe that the world can be saved through design, and everything needs to actually be 'architected,'" he said. "And this is the reason why even some of the first DONDA employees were architects that started designing t-shirts instead of buildings. But just to see the work actually be actualized."

He added, "I believe that utopia is actually possible — but we're led by the least noble, the least dignified, the least tasteful, the dumbest, and the most political."

West resumed his Yeezus tour on November 16 in Philadelphia after a truck accident held up the shows. He's set to debut a video for Charlie Wilson-featuring "Bound 2" on Ellen on November 19. The clip, per the show's website, may feature his fiancée Kim Kardashian, who was also present at Harvard.
