Justin Timberlake, Lady Gaga, Arcade Fire Booked for Jimmy Fallon’s ‘Tonight Show’

Jimmy Fallon has an A-list lineup of musical guests booked for his first week as the host of The Tonight Show. Fallon, seen above performing the Band’s “The Weight” backed by the Muppets in his Late Night last waltz, revealed last month that U2 would be the first musical guest on his new NBC home. The rest of the week will bring, in order, musical guests Lady Gaga, Tim McGraw, Arcade Fire, and Justin Timberlake, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Fallon’s non-musical guests should be something to talk about, too. We already knew Will Smith would join him the first night, February 17. The rest of the week’s schedule will bring Jerry Seinfeld, Kristen Wiig, Michelle Obama, Will Ferrell, and Bradley Cooper. Timberlake, as he’s been known to do on Saturday Night Live, will pull double duty. Will the First Lady be asked about romantic non-rival Beyoncé?

Fallon’s Late Night house band the Roots will follow him to The Tonight Show, and according to Billboard, band leader ?uestlove is rounding out the lineup with horn players from Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings. Fellow SNL album Seth Meyers replaces Fallon on Late Night, while Fallon, of course, takes over for Jay Leno, whose Garth Brooks-serenaded farewell might’ve led you to think he ended his run years earlier. (Oh wait, he did.)

Check out the full first-week slate below.

February 18 – Jerry Seinfeld, Kristen Wiig, musical guest Lady Gaga
