The hardest ticket in Los Angeles last night wasn’t the 55th Annual Grammy Awards at the Staples Center; it was Justin Timberlake’s much-anticipated comeback show at the considerably cozier Hollywood Palladium. Chilly temperatures, (by L.A. standards anyway), didn’t stop hardcore fans from camping out in the venue’s parking lot a full 24 hours before the gig to secure a front-and-center screeching post for this one-off concert, one of Timberlake’s first public performances since 2007’s FutureSex/LoveSounds tour.
