Legendary NYC DJ Junior Sanchez has taken "Banquet," the single that made Bloc Party a dance-floor favorite, and morphed it into a neo-electro hit. On this tightly retooled track, the DJ substitutes the original's early-'80s guitars for urgent synths and extends the song to 11 minutes. Midway through the remix, Sanchez switches focus from intense electronic pulses to Kele Okereke's vocals, particularly to the scorching line, "'Cause I'm on fire," igniting post-punk enthusiasts and techno nuts alike.
