Twenty-five-year-old Robert Alcaraz-Garnica was arrested at the Pasadena date of Beyoncé and Jay Z's "On the Run" tour for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman and biting off the tip of a man's finger in a fight that followed, according to the Pasadena Star-News. He is presently being held on $100,000 bail for charges of sexual battery and mayhem.
Pasadena police say that the alleged incident occurred when the woman's boyfriend confronted Alcaraz-Garnica, at which point he "bit the victim, causing serious injury to his finger." The male victim was said to have "lost the tip of one of his fingers."
Alcaraz-Garnica was arrested inside the Rose Bowl at 10 p.m. on Saturday night.
Ten others were arrested at the same show, but for more mundane offenses of public drunkenness and ticket scalping, which is (fortunately) just a fraction of the number that were taken into custody at a Keith Urban concert last week. Neither Beyoncé nor Jay Z has offered any public comment on the event. After a day off, the tour continues tomorrow at San Francisco's AT&T Park.
