Indie Icons Pay Tribute to Rubber Soul

An eclectic lineup is in place for a covers album commemorating the 40th anniversary of the Beatles' 1965 classic, Rubber Soul. Some highlights of the album, titled This Bird Has Flown, include the Donnas' doing "Drive My Car," the Fiery Furnaces' version of "Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown)," and Ben Lee's cover of "In My Life." The album's sequencing even mimics that of the original Rubber Soul, which was certified platinum six times over. This Bird Has Flown drops October 25 via Razor & Tie.
