Incubus Clips Jay-Z at No. 1

No, that's not a joke. The Cali rockers are still around, and they have a new album that lots of people bought last week.

It appears Jay-Z's reign atop the Billboard charts has come to an unexpected end as Incubus earned their first ever No. 1 album and pushed Hova's Kingdom Come way down to No. 6. Although Light Grenades is Incubus' first chart-topper, their first week sales figure of 165,000 doesn't even constitute their best chart debut: 2004's A Crow Left of the Murder, debuted at No. 2 behind 332,000 units moved, while 2001's Morning View also bowed at No. 2 with 266,000 albums sold, Billbard.com reports. Meanwhile, Jay-Z suffered the largest week-two drop of his career as sales decelerated from last week's 680,000 to 140,000, an 80 percent decrease.

Talk: Isn't the title for Incubus' debut album, Fungus Amongus, simply a work of creative genius? COMMENT
