Now, 16 previous winners like Chicago's genre-bending rockers Roosevelt Jenkins, Belmar, NJ-based post-hardcore outfit Casual Wish, and Phoenix, AZ's piano-driven balladeers Raining & OK, among many others, battle it out in hopes of entering the semifinals, slated to kick off next Tuesday (Dec. 4) as the quarterfinals' eight victors duke it out!
