Now, the Swedish proto-punks have the set the stage for their sophomore disc, Forever, with its first single “Flesh and Bone.” The Cure’s influence is apparent the moment singer Andreas Lagerström enters the track, with Disintegration-era synths coating an onslaught of raucous guitars. Forever arrives September 3 on Captured Tracks.
