Hello Echo, the Boston-bred trip now based out of west L.A., won't lighten up despite their new sunny surroundings. Following spirited 2010 debut Hello and somber 2012 EP Coffee Cups, Hello Echo will self-release their sophomore effort, aptly named Echo, on February 25. Below you'll find first taste of that record, "Watch Through the Lines," a suspenseful blend of gloomy, fuzzed-out guitars and convincing paranoia. "I swear they're coming after me," rasps Sean Aylward (formerly of Apollo Sunshine), his voice cracking momentarily. Join in the anxiety below.
