It’s been seven months since M.I.A. released her third album Maya, but the Sri Lankan MC has more music in the vaults, including the lost track “Zig-Zag, which leaked online this weekend. Hear it below.

Unlike the awesomely cacophonous and apocalyptic sounds on Maya, “Zig-Zag” is a relatively straightforward track. M.I.A. delivers an ’80s hip-hop throwback with a minimal, 808-driven beat and catchy rhymes suited for double-dutching in the schoolyard. “Zig me and I’ll zag ya back,” she raps. “I got to keep on going!” In fact, it even sounds like she cribs the melody from New Kids on the Block’s 1988 smash “You Got It (The Right Stuff)” in the chorus.
