Guns N' Roses' 12-show Las Vegas residency at the Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino came to an end Saturday night with a partial reunion of the band's original lineup, as Blabbermouth points out. Founding rhythm guitarist Izzy Stradlin, who along with frontman Axl Rose skipped GNR's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction in April, joined the band onstage at more than one show for the Stradlin-sung "14 Years," originally from 1991's Use Your Illusion II. Watch fan-shot footage of the performance below.

The month-long residency was an eventful one for GNR fans even if they didn't make their way to Sin City. Yes, the shows drew criticism for the promotional use of an image showing a robot appearing to sexually assault a woman. We also learned that Rose was using a levitating piano during performances of "November Rain." Perhaps most significantly, though, the live shows drew Axl back out into the promotional circuit, where he revealed he plans a new Guns N' Roses album "sooner" than Chinese Democracy. He also endorsed President Barack Obama, sort of, in a rare TV interview.

Fans might not have to wait until that prospective Chinese Democracy follow-up to get their hands on a new Guns N' Roses release. The band's official Twitter said the November 21 performance was captured in 3D. Has anyone made a Use Your Illusion 3D joke yet?
