Drama-free studio session makes for a dull behind-the-scenes look

Call it false advertising, but Green Day are on their best behavior in the video for their latest Uno! single "Troublemaker." Filmed before Billie Joe Armstrong's dramatic onstage freakout landed him in rehab last month, the visual splices footage the boys recording the clappy, pop-punk track with straight-forward concert shots. It's all so off-puttingly mild mannered for a band who blazed a trail powered by bratty, frenetic energy. But hey, everyone has to grow up sometime.
