Governors Ball 2014 Lineup: Jack White, the Strokes, Skrillex, Vampire Weekend, and More

Jack White, the Strokes, Vampire Weekend, and Skrillex will be joining OutKast at this year’s Governors Ball Music Festival. Organizers for the annual event, now in its fourth year, announced the 2014 lineup in throwback fashion: By taking out a full-page ad in the New York Times. The three-day showcase, which runs from June 6 through 8, is also set to feature live performances by TV on the Radio, Phoenix, Disclosure, Spoon, and Neko Case. Despite making a mess last year, Governors Ball will return to New York City’s Randall’s Island. 

Other big names on the bill: Janelle Monáe, Damon Albarn, Sleigh Bells, Grimes, Kurt Vile, Earl Sweatshirt, Jenny Lewis, Chance the Rapper, Julian Casablancas solo, Broken Bells, and James Blake. 

And here’s the rest of the talent lined up: Interpol, Axwell and Ingrosso, Deafheaven, Run the Jewels, Foster the People, J. Cole, Tyler, the Creator, Empire of the Sun, Washed Out, the Head and the Heart, Diarrhea Planet, Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley, the Kills, Drowners, La Roux, Childish Gambino, the Bloody Beetroots, the 1975, Bastille, the Naked and Famous, Fitz and the Tantrums, the Glitch Mob, Frank Turner, Lucius, RJD2, AlunaGeorge, Jason Isbell, Wild Belle, Tanlines, Skaters, Bleachers, Banks, Classixx, PAPA, Ratking, Hunter Hunted, Half Moon Run, Little Comets, Haerts, Tourist, the Internet, Cayucas, Ben Cameron, the Chain Gang of 1974, Cris Cab, Meg Myers, and Catfish and the Bottlemen.
