Future’s upcoming album is titled Honest, but he’s leading up to it with some clever sleight of hand. The Atlanta rapper-singer’s latest non-LP track to surface (via The FADER) in advance of the April 22 release is “I Can’t Believe (Moving On),” which puts his rueful Auto-Tune emoting over pillowy-synthed, R&B-leaning Beat Flippaz production. That follows another non-Honest track reveal, the “Drunk in Love”-like “Good Morning” — which Future incidentally debuted live at SPIN’s SXSW party at Stubbs. Also this month, Future dropped the brash, triumphant “Covered N Money,” which actually is scheduled for the new album, where you’ll find guests such as Kanye West, Andre 3000, and Pharrell Williams. And on a more personal note, People has a source saying Future’s child on the way with Ciara is a baby boy. Though the due date for that collaboration hasn’t been revealed, the little guy is sure to grow up surrounded by music.
