Fun Fun Fun Fest 2013 Lineup: M.I.A., Kurt Vile, MGMT, Dismemberment Plan, and More

M.I.A., Television, Slayer, MGMT, Dismemberment Plan, Snoop Dogg, and SPIN favorite Kurt Vile and the Violators will all play this year’s Fun Fun Fun Fest in Austin, Texas. These just-announced performers join a host of previously confirmed acts, including Deerhunter, FLAG, the Walkmen, the Julie Ruin, Big K.R.I.T., Daniel Johnston, and Ice-T. The three-day festival runs from November 8 to 10 and takes place at Auditorium Shores. 

Here’s the rest of the lineup: Death Grips, Cut Copy, Johnny Marr, Thee Oh Sees, Cloud Nothings, Washed Out, Jurassic 5, the Descendents, Bill Callahan, Chelsea Light Moving, Action Bronson, Chromatics, Glass Candy, Mac DeMarco, King Khan and the Shrines, Merchandise, the Men, Ceremony, Small Black, Cro-Mags, Sparks, Polyphonic Spree, Geographer, Bleached, Simian Mobile Disco (DJ set), Big Freedia, Lupe Fiasco, Lemuria, Blake Schwarzenbach, Big Black Delta, Mykki Blanco, Beach Fossils, Frank Smith, Star Slinger, Bonobo, RJD2, Tycho, Shlohmo, Delorean, Little Boots, XXYYXX, Poolside, Ratking, Active Child, Ola Podrida, Wild Child, Underachievers, Dessa, Phranchyze, Roger Sellers, LNS Crew, Quicksand, Judge, the Locus Subhumans, Gojira, the Impossibles, Body Count, August Burns Red, Melt Banana, Pelican, Title Fight, White Lung, Code Orange Kids, Narrows, Unlocking the Truth, Retox, Spray Paint, True Widow, and Venomous Maximus. 

Fun Fun Fun Fest 2013 will also feature expanded comedy and action sports experiences, the details of which will be announced on August 3 at the 3rd Annual FFF Aqua Olympics in Austin.
