Before he can get around to that Libertines reunion everyone's buzzing about, erstwhile tabloid pinup and Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty will release his debut solo album, Grace/Wastelands, March 24 via Astralwerks -- and you can download one of its best tracks below!

With lightly-strummed acoustic guitar and Doherty's echo-enhanced vocals, "New Love Grows On Trees" is far removed from the noisy garage rock of the Libertines. But Doherty's acerbic wit and morbid lyricism are certainly intact: "If you're still alive when you're 25 / Should I kill you, like you asked me to."
