New York City dance imprint DFA Records is experiencing a bit of a renaissance this fall, between the Rapture’s return with their excellent disc In the Grace of Your Love andEverybody Get Close, a new compilation of outtakes and remixes from the Juan Maclean that SPIN is exclusively streaming right here.

Among the highlights: Opener “Find a Way,” a daft cut of keyboard house with call-and-response vocals between John “Juan” Maclean and his bandmate Nancy Whang (who also did double duty in LCD Soundsystem), a remix of Maclean’s 2008 single “Happy House” by Aussie dance-poppers Cut Copy, dirty robot funk jam “Everybody Get Close,” and “Feels So Good,” which boasts beats from Jerry Fuchs, the band’s late drummer who died tragically in a 2009 accident.

The collection is designed to tide fans over until the Juan Maclean’s next effort arrives — which won’t be too long, since Maclean and Whang have already begun work on their third album.
